Wellbeing Week

University of Leicester Students’ Union presents Wellbeing Week 2018! From Monday 26 February – Friday 2 March we’ll be hosting a number of exciting events across campus and beyond to promote good health and wellbeing. Keep your eyes and ears open for our Happy Playlist and Quote of the Day board which are happening every single day of Wellbeing Week. Details of other events are below!

Monday 26 February

Cookery classes in Queen's Hall - 1pm-3pm

Mindfullness session in the Training Room - 11am-12pm (book on to secure your place here)

Bystander Invervention in the Training Room - 1pm-3.30pm (book on to secure your place here)

Tuesday 27 February

Art Therapy session in the Training Room - 10am-11am (book on to secure your place here)

Blood drive in Queen's Hall Foyer - 9.30am-3.30pm

Thursday 1 March

Mini Wellbeing Fair in the SU Square

Wellbeing Ribbon Wall in the SU Square

Nordic Walking in the Botanical Gardens - 10am-11am. More info here
