“The Student Welfare Service is located in Charles Wilson, Student Services Cente, rand provides a practical service designed to meet the needs of all students, including prospective students.

Welfare Officers offer both general and specialist advice on a wide range of issues including finance, immigration, housing, leaving care, childcare and benefits”

Sulets is the only lettings agency recommended for Students by the University of Leicester. Sulets is jointly owned and run by University of Leicester and De Montfort Students’ Unions.

SULETS offers a fair and transparent service to all students, and there are no agency, registration or reservation fees to pay.

We provide free, confidential academic advice to students across the University, on issues such as:

  • Complaints

  • Temporary suspension

  • Misconduct, including plagiarism and collusion
  • General course and exam worries
