We launched the concept of Equality and Liberation Champions (ELC) for each department within the University.
This will be a progressive move towards increasing gender and racial equality across the University.
ELCs will help identify and reduce inequality by allowing students to come together to collectively discuss and work together with their department to improve student experience for all.
Their role will be to develop and promote a safe space environment where students can speak openly.
