What happens to all of the money Leicester Students’ Union makes from its services?

All the proceeds we make from our commercial services go straight back to our students in the form of re-investment and on-going support.

Who runs Leicester Students’ Union?

An innovative Union that empowers students to deliver change, The University of Leicester Students' Union is administered by a Board of Trustees which was established to provide expertise, guidance and strategic oversight of the Students’ Union.

Trustees have ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day management and operation of the Union through delegation to the Chief Executive and Management Team. They ensure the Union remains legally compliant, solvent, and functions in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and the Bye-laws of the Union

What are the Opening hours of the Union?

The Percy Gee building is open from 8am until 10pm term time, with a reduction in hours to 9am to 5pm out of term. The opening hours of outlets and services within The Union vary between these hours.
