It's important to stay calm, relaxed and to keep stress levels down during the exams season, and as your Students’ Union we recognise that.
That’s why while you've been writing essays and putting in endless hours of revision, we've been organising a whole host of events with the sole intention of giving you the best chance to relax and ease the tension. Check out all the details below and view our full calendar here
This year's line-up falls during Mental Health Awareness Week (14 - 20 May 2018) and the focus is stress. Research has shown that two thirds of us experience a mental health problem in our lifetimes, and stress is a key factor in this. By tackling stress, we can go a long way to tackle mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, and, in some instances, self-harm and suicide. LDL UV Event in the o2 Academy (1pm - 4pm) (Wednesday 16 May)
We've got badminton (1-2pm), table tennis (2-3pm) and Zumba (3-4pm) so get stuck into some UV sports to release some of that exam stress.

If you need any advice or support during the exam period, get in touch with the Education Unit (Advice Service), who can provide guidance on processes such as mitigating circumstances, and can talk to you about your exam worries.
