We are located in the Union Reception (Ground Floor, Percy Gee Building)
Office hours are Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm.
Our Transport Coordinator is usually in office weekday mornings if you want a chat and our Reception staff are always available to help during office hours.
The Union Activities office are happy to arrange the hiring of vehicles on behalf of student groups and departments.
We deal with vehicles ranging from taxis to coaches, self-driven vehicles with 3 to 14 seats and our pride and joy, the Union minibus.

Minibus driver's packs and keys can be collected before 4:00pm on the day
- or the day before for early departures and weekend journeys.
Minibus driver's packs and keys should be returned by 10am the following day
- or Monday for weekend journeys.
The deadline for "Think Ahead" Minibus Bookings for Term 1 is Friday 30th June.

If there are errors with your form, you will need to resubmit and this may affect your allocations.
Allocations are based on: SAS report, fair use, resources available to student groups (e.g. drivers, funding), date the booking was made etc.
Allocations will be confirmed by email prior to the 1st day of Term 1.
Please complete the form below a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the date the transport is required.
Your request will be processed and you will receive a quote/confirmation of your booking via email.
